He is a Business & HR Leader with extensive expertise in strategic management/planning, performance management, OD, workforce planning and integration both in large and small high tech companies including five years with Silicon Graphics Inc and also Lam Research Inc. He is known for the successful ability to align human resources with organization business objectives and leadership development. Jeff has a Master of Education, Human Services & Human Resource Education from Boston University.
