Sometimes we are put in leadership situations when we were not seeking them or initially desiring them to occur. When this happens, we have a choice, start leading or resist the opportunity. In my experience it seems I am destine to lead in those circumstances, whether I want to or not. So I have learned to embrace these situations! It has made a significant difference and saved me a lot of stress and difficulty. Stand Up and Lead when called!
